Communal spaces
The Point has lots of shared spaces for residents to use day to day, either for working in or spending time with friends and neighbours, as well as private rooms available to book for parties. It also has a well-equipped gym and studio on site, that’s free to all residents.
Lounge
We have designed the lounge as a space where people can relax on the sofas, sit around the big table and work from their laptop, read a book or catch up with friends.
Gym
We have a fully equipped gym and studio on site where residents can work out and enjoy yoga and pilates.
Garden Room
The Garden Room is a space that leads out to the top roof terrace, and is a quiet place with soft seating for people to relax in. In the evenings and during the weekends this space is often used for events.
Terraces
We have three terraces at The Point. From the roof terrace you can enjoy the views across Aberdeen, or sit in the sunshine. The lower terrace is where we host outdoor fitness classes from time-to-time.
TV lounges
The two TV lounges, where we host screening events, are equipped with screens, game consoles and Sky TV and are also available for private hire.
Club Room
During the day The Club Room is a quiet space where people can work. In the evenings and during the weekends this space is often used for events. The room can also be booked out for private hire and is also where some of the clubs like the book club meet up each week.
Co-working hub
For those who often work or study at home but like a break from their apartments at times, there’s the co-working hub. A quiet space to work on your laptop, or sit and read.
Bike Store
All cyclists can keep their bikes in our bike store, which is kitted out with bike washing equipment and charging points for electric bikes.
Laundry Room
The Laundry Room has space where you can sit and read or watch the tv while you do your laundry.
The Point is developed and operated by Dandara Living, the rental division of the Dandara Group.
