Following the news that Dandara Living was shortlisted as a finalist in three categories in this year’s RESI awards, we were very proud to receive a Highly Commended award in the BTR Operator of the Year category.

In their comments, the judges drew particular attention to Dandara Living’s focus and commitment to ESG and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion as well as its industry-leading management and resident satisfaction scores on Homeviews.

Organised by Property Week, the RESI Awards are widely regarded as the industry’s most prestigious, with the awards ceremony which took place in London recently, attracting over 1,200 property professionals from across the UK.

Dandara Living is on course to become one of the largest developers and operators of BTR homes in the UK, with more than 3,200apartments under management, and a portfolio of 1,200 units and student bedrooms currently under construction and sites secured for a further 3,900 apartments and student bedrooms in cities across the UK.
